TEXTURE: Semi-soft.

INGREDIENTS: Pasteurized sheep/cow milk, lactic direct-vat-set cultures, white mold spores, blue mold spores, vegetable rennet, salt.

SHELF LIFE: One to two months based on preference for mild (younger) or stronger (older) flavor.
